    Bal Krishan Sharma founds Malwa Group in the Malwa belt of North India — anchored in trust, service and long-term relationships.

    1998

    Under Chander Mohan Sharma, the Group secures its first dealership with Tata Motors — laying the foundation for its long-term presence in Indian automotive retail.

    2005

    Named largest-selling SUV dealer in Haryana for Tata Motors — a streak that continues for seven consecutive years.

  4. Diversification
    2012

    Deepens Delhi NCR & Haryana footprint with Honda 2-Wheelers and authorised HPCL fuel retail outlets.

  5. Luxury Portfolio
    2015

    Awarded Jaguar Land Rover Karnal — the beginning of Malwa's luxury chapter and its rise as North India's benchmark JLR retailer.

  6. Third Generation Joins
    2019

    Ablaksh Sharma formally enters the automotive business, ushering in a strategic shift toward premium brands, electric mobility and technology-driven customer engagement.

  7. Expansion
    2022

    Nissan and Škoda join the House of Malwa across Kundli, Sonipat and North Delhi — extending the mobility spectrum.

  8. Electric Future
    2024

    Malwa BYD opens in Wazirpur, Delhi — anchoring the Group's super-luxury electric mobility play.

    2025

    Malwa BYD crosses 101 retails in a single month; JLR Malwa named Defender Order Take Champion (Q3 & Q4).
